1. Introduction

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out in this Purchase & Returns Policy. These conditions may be updated from time to time, and the applicable version will always be the one in force at the moment you place your order.

2. Orders & Payment

All products shown on our website are subject to availability. Prices include applicable taxes.
Payment is processed securely through our chosen payment provider. Your order is confirmed once you receive an email acknowledging the purchase.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and carriers may vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. The Foyer is not responsible for missed or lost deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes not included in the purchase price. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all original packaging and uncut labels. Products that are used, damaged, or returned without their original components cannot be refunded.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility regarding any product purchased through our website is limited to the purchase price of that product, except in cases where liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing Law

This policy and the purchase of our products are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Spain, without affecting your rights as a consumer.
